At my practice, I’ve chosen to step outside the limitations of insurance-based care to provide something far more personalized and effective. Insurance companies often require a "one-size-fits-all" approach, only covering brief, conventional treatments that don’t reflect the depth of care I believe every patient deserves.
Instead, I operate a cash-based practice so I can treat at the highest level of my license, offering individualized care plans that go beyond standard adjustments. My approach is multi-targeted and highly customized, addressing not only the spine but the muscles, soft tissue, and posture that directly influence it. Each patient receives a comprehensive treatment plan tailored specifically to their body, lifestyle, and goals.
Treatments may include:
- Red light cupping
- Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
- Trigger point therapy
- Active and passive therapies
- Personalized postural rehab programs
These tools are simply not recognized or reimbursed by insurance — but they are essential to the level of care I provide.
My mission is to remove spinal subluxations and restore your body's natural ability to heal, while giving you the education, tools, and awareness needed to take control of your health long-term. I don’t want you to be dependent on endless appointments or external fixes. I want to empower you to understand your body, improve function, and maintain health with autonomy and confidence.
